Prom Information
Here you will find Prom and Post Prom Permission forms that need to be completed by March 27th, 2019, and returned to the office of Hyannis Area Schools. Students with out of town dates should have their dates print out the forms, and scan or take a picture and return back to the student of HHS through email or text. The student from HHS will then save and print out the returned image and turn into Sandy at the office by March 27th, 2019.
Students that wish to participate in the Knockerball activity must also print the Knockerball consent form and return with appropriate signatures.
